We accept following payment methods for shipping to countries outside Germany:

Payment has to be made in advance. Due to daily changes in currency rates prices are quoted  in EUROs or US-Dollars.

Personal cheques or money orders can not be accepted, as German banks charge a very high fee for these!

Shipping will take place immediately upon receipt of payment.

We accept online payments with Paypal at www.paypal.com - its easy and convenient! Ask us at glasbuch@nwn.de how it works!

Tracking and insurance: Please note that German Postal Services does not offer tracking systems for international shipments! All books shipped out will only be insured at Your request at additional cost. Minimum insurance is EUROs 6.00 for a value up to EUROs 500.00, each additional EUROs 100.00 value are EURO 1.00! Insurance is not possible with surface bookrate shipping! antikonline.de can not take responsibility for lost shipments. For large orders or orders of higher value we strongly recommend shipment air economy with insurance!

Shipping times: Surface bookrate takes 1-12 weeks depending on destination, for example most European countries take a week, the US will be 4-7 weeks and Australia or Japan will be 8-12 weeks. The most economical way for larger shipments is AIR ECONOMY and takes about 7-21 days to most destinations worldwide and also offers insurance options!

Customs: We clearly mark all our packages as containing books and include an invoice with the customs form. All customs and import duties which apply when the package arrives at the destination country are Your responsibility! For EC customers: all prices and shipping cost include 7% VAT. If You can provide a valid VAT ID for inter community sales, goods will be delivered free of VAT!

Return policy: If You are not satisfied with any book or other item, you may, with prior notice, return it in the same conditon as received within 7 days of receipt, using the same packaging materials, for a refund of the full purchase price, less our shipping costs. We do not take responsibility for cost of return shipping!
